We had the most amazing stay, the staff were amazing and the location as well as the hotel in general was just 10/10

Location was fantastic. Problems with after hours getting back into the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, paticularly the receptionist. We would have liked a Fridge and a Safe but these aspects did not detract much from our satisfaction. Five minute walk to the town centre, Would be our hotel of choice in Norwich.

Centrally located less than 10 minutes walk from the theater and market with good parking (£10 for 24 hrs). So a good location.
Well appointed rooms with a comfortable bed.
The cooked breakfast is phenomenally good.
