The apartment and rooms were very pleasant, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.

Instructions for the key in the lock box were not very clear and we had to phone administration for help. We chose this location because there was an inn/restaurant next door. However it was closed ( but still advertising online) which meant we had to travel miles with our dog to find somewhere for dinner. On our return we could not open the front door, phoned the emergency number which was unobtainable and had to rely on another guest letting us in ( after much knocking/ hammering on the door in the rain.) The coffee machine did not work at all so that was a disappointment for all of us. When the maintenance man checked the front door he said it was just stiff which could not have been the case because the men in our group were certainly strong enough to open a stiff door. Although we were pleased with the apartments themselves we found our trip stressful and would not recommend this place due to the lack of facilities in the area. We used it as a base for a visit to Oban and Tobermory but would not do so again.
