W-Collection Franschhoek L'Ermitage Villas

I liked close to everything about the destination. We arrived early and we were allowed to stay in the room almost immediately. The parking facility was very good and close to our apartment!

The shower was not easy to use!

It was so comfortable and scenic, absolutely beautiful views!

Nothing at all!

Like a dream. We loved everything about our stay here. The views were spectacular, the rooms well appointed, and service excellent. It was even better than the pictures and videos. The room was clean and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special from the welcoming bottle of wine to delivering a fresh extra robe in what seened like under 2 minutes! The grounds and surroundings were girgeous and private. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning if we have the chance to come to South Africa again.

I cannot think of anything.

we truly enjoyed our stay. the place was nicer than the photoes. The position lovely and very safe. Stunning views the staff very helpful! The beds and linens better than most hotels

Villa 36 the one shower needs an extractor fan, there is no exit for the damp and creating an issue on ceiling of shower. There was work being done in Villas of tile cutting, which understands needs to be done and that was a bit annoying.
