What a great vacation! This home was simply awesome. You can't beat the ocean views and sounds from the balconies and pool side.

Other than receiving the wrong elevator code everything was fantastic

Sandy Days is a beautiful house on the water overlooking the ocean. The set up and house is perfect. On day one when we checked in the AC was not working properly. We had set it to 74 and it continued to climb. Called Surfside and they sent out a technician. Day two, AC still not working, contacted surfside and they sent out the same technician. He stated that we are opening the doors too much and the AC couldn’t keep up. At night while we slept it still would not go below 75. It was very sticky and muggy on the main floor. I continued to reach out and send pictures. No one came. On day three, the elevator broke down. On two occasions, technicians came out to try to reset the system and it did not operate. On the last night we were there, a technician showed up at 10pm to repair the elevator. Needed to go up to the third floor where the children slept. He did end up repairing the elevator. We noticed that on the refrigerator area house Rules…it states…We will make every reasonable effort to have the repairs made as soon as possible. No reduction rebate or refund of rent will be issued to any mechanical failure of air-conditioning, heat dishwasher refrigerator disposal, washer, and dryer or elevator or any other appliance.
