The Samirah Luxury Residences in Elliniko

This property is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 40 min from Athens International Airport. It’s a brand new modern building with modern amenities, super clean with great services. The one-bedroom apartment we rented had a a very spacious living room/kitchen area, with a comfortable sofa that was set up as a sofa bed. It had a nice sized room with a walk-in closet, and one a half bathrooms equipped with a washing machine. There was a long and spacious balcony and the apartment was spotless when we checked in! The apartment is modern and clean and the ACs worked perfect. My plane arrived at 6 AM and I had communicated with Jenny about an early check-in, and thankfully she managed to secure! So I was able to get in at 8 AM, which was amazing! Jenny is wonderful and responded to our inquiries on the spot, giving us helpful tips and making sure our needs were met. The building is located a bit off the beaten path, but there’s a Lidl supermarket 5 min walking, and a few nice restaurants also within a walking distance. This property is ideal for families traveling with young kids and looking to stay in a quiet local neighborhood.

The location is a bit far from the town center.

Location and so organised

The location is good. The premises have provision for fresh outdoor ventilation. It was neat and natural to stay in there. The staff ensure your privacy.

The entry steps at the main gate were a bit tricky. The side for disable was brilliant. The other steps is not easily noticed. Probably a warning to mind the steps would be ok.

the apartment was clean and quite nice inside

it was very noisy , parking apparently is optional , you have to announce them and the staff has to work a lot on their brhaviour . the greek hospitality doesn't apply to this place .
