Location is better than you could imagine!! It was perfectly close to the main market strip, the balcony has amazing views right across into the beach. Host was very responsive, apartment was well equipped and very clean and secure with its roller shutters. It felt very comfortable, safe and clean staying here. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back to Nice to stay here again!!! Merci :)

Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 - ideal. Amazing location, very spacious, great facilities.
A little bit of traffic noise but not as much as I expected, put any light sleepers on the bottom floor!

A beautiful and very comfortable house with everything you need. The host was quite nice letting us leave our luggage before check-in. I highly recommend this house. The location of the house is quite good, especially since it is very close to the old town.
The absence of an air conditioner in the basement, where the other two bedrooms are located.
The noise of the pump in the basement bathroom is disturbing especially at night.
