5* property in a safe quite street adjacent (short walk) to everything in Lecce. Its within the walls. Host communicated well good clear instructions, excellent facilities, coffee towels AC, everything you'd expect all at a reasonable price.
Everything was excellent

Breakfast at a cafe 5 mins walk away, which was good
Poor communication. Lengthy registration form to be completed before gaining access to the building. Electronic form delivered after we had arrived so it had to be completed sitting on the doorstep - not suitable for guests who are not tec competent. Whole process including message with breakfast vouchers took nearly 3 hours! No response from phone number, all communication via Whatsap and e mail. Totally impersonal.

Centrally located in the beautiful town of Lecce. Easy registration and access to remote entry. We rented all four rooms which were furnished modernly, fridge and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. Common areas were also comfortable. Place is clean. When we asked for fresh linens and cleaning service it was provided.
The musty smell upon entering and there was some mold in one of the rooms. This could easily be remedied by placing humidifiers in the rooms and common area. Also 2 of the rooms have very small bathrooms, especially the showers and this isn’t mentioned in any of the descriptions.

Da localização
Não tivemos o café da manhã que constava da reserva. Enviaram um voucher para um cafeteria que estava fechada. O hall do prédio fedia a mofo.
