The house was in a quiet little road. The room and bed was very good. It was well situated for the hospital I needed to visit and also to Leyton for pubs and restaurants.
All was good, i would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than in the adjoining kitchen. And I also prefer a TV that isn't of the app variety. that said overall it was great a value stay, and the host was very friendly both on the booking.com app and also in person when I left. Apologies I forgot the guys name, but he was very helpful.

Very hospitable and helpful. Very quick communication and are flexible with check in and check out times granted you communicate that with them in advance.
No issues

Clean and tastefully decorated. Compact kitchen but with all essential self catering and laundry facilities. In a quiet cul-de-sac.
A nearby cafe was handy for a choice of traditional breakfast.
Found nothing to dislike.

Kitchen was dirty. Fridge wouldn’t close. Half eaten food.
