Spektakuläre Ausblicke sowohl auf den Atlantik als auch auf die Einfahrt zum Cork Harbour – dem zweitgrößten Naturhafen der Welt!
Dies ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe, still und ungestört. Atme tief durch und tanke neue Energie, während du gemächlich die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer beobachtest, den in den Hafen einlaufenden Schiffen zuwinkst oder den Seevögeln zusiehst, wie sie sich auf den Felsen unter dir versammeln. Vielleicht entdeckst du sogar die eine oder andere freche Robbe, und an klaren Tagen wirst du bestimmt Delfine sehen!

The property was very clean and excellent. Or host Christian did a great job communicating everything we would need and answered our questions almost before we asked him. We were so thrilled with the accommodations and of course the view is spectacular from every angle. We would most happily recommend this place for anyone wanting a true Irish experience.

This was the most memorable part of our trip to Ireland. It was a cozy beautiful cottage and we never got tired of looking out at the ocean! Highly recommend as a respite from touring! Did not want for anything. Got groceries on the way and really did not want to leave! Everything in great working order.

Unbeatable views all around us on both sides of the house. We had a small problem accessing the house because we got the wrong kitchen door keys, but Christiana responded quickly to our phone call and told us to access the back doors. The doors our very difficult to figure out how to open and lock due to the proximity to the ocean. The lighthouse was about 40 minutes from Cork, Blarney Castle and Cobh. We received a very helpful online welcome guide with tips for attractions, grocery shops and restaurants. The house was comfortable and clean and had a lot of character. My husband enjoyed exploring the grounds. It was a unique experience to see the lighthouse beacon flashing every night. The bathroom near the back door didn't have much storage; a sink with a cabinet like what was in the other bathroom would work much better. Overall, a great place to spend a few nights visiting the Cork area.

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Ireland! The view is absolutely amazing!!! Words really can’t do it justice. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The gated nature of the lighthouse grounds gives you near total privacy, but it is a short distance from a number of restaurants and a grocery store. And, finally, Christiaan, the host, is super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
