It was a hostel in a great location. Steps from a main tube, a grocery store next door, and the area felt clean and safe. The beds were very comfortable and the Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Bathroom was tiny but clean as well.
The host went well and above to accommodate us. Actually greeted us in person and showed us the property. He also had a wonderful list of places to see and visit in the local neighborhood.
The unit we stayed in was called the family unit. Faced the front and was below ground (basement). The photos didn't match up with the ad so that was disappointing. We ended up with two sets of bunk beds when I thought we were getting a double and a bunk.

Very friendly staff, good location near grocery stores. Nice backyard garden, too. Quiet inside despite being near busy area.
Kitchen was missing some key cooking tools (measuring cups/spoons, sharp knives, etc.)

The area around was good with close proximity to the Piccadilly and District line, grocery stores, food options etc.
The staff was also helpful through messages when it was needed.
The room itself and the bathroom were pristine clean.
Unfortunately, even though the room in the basement was clean, it was still smelling mold and some equipment were broken.
More specifically the hair dryer started to heavily smoke (minor issue which was easily and quickly replaced) but the heater had a broken adjustment mechanism so I couldn't adjust the heat. Either full heat or cold.
