Welcome to Villa Just be Light – a warm, bright 303 m² new-build villa in Kaštel Stari between Split and Trogir. Large glass fronts, soft lighting design and 5 king-size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, make it ideal for families and friends who want both togetherness and privacy.

Step into a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 10 overlooking the pool, and a large Smart TV with an even bigger sofa. Warm tones and thoughtful lighting create a calm atmosphere day and night. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom – everyone gets a private retreat.

A car is recommended for day trips to Krka, Plitvice, Omiš and the islands.
🏊 Pool season: the pool is heated from April to October. From November to March the big pool rests; the whirlpool can be heated on request (electricity charged at cost).
🏗️ Good to know: a few neighbouring plots are still being finished, so occasional daytime building work nearby is possible. If it ever bothers you, just tell us – we`ll find a solution.
