Welcome to Villa Just be Alive – our new-build 327 m² villa in Kaštel Stari, right between the UNESCO towns of Split and Trogir. We planned and furnished it ourselves, with the things we often miss on holiday: really good beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and enough space for 10 guests to relax without stepping on each other`s toes.

🏡 The space
The open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens straight onto the pool. Warm tones, quality furniture, an 85-inch Smart TV and a huge sofa for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, good cookware and sharp knives. Upstairs and on the ground floor you`ll find 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest toilet.

🌅 Views
From the terrace and upper floor you look over the sea, the Bay of Kaštela and the Kozjak mountains – in the evening, the lights towards Split and Trogir.

✔ Beach & seaside promenade approx. 1 km – walkable
✔ Supermarket, cafés & restaurants within about 1 km
✔ Trogir 10 min, Split 15 min by car
✔ Split Airport 10 min (taxi/Uber approx. €15)
A car is recommended for day trips to Krka, Plitvice, Omiš and the islands.

🏊 Pool season: the pool is heated from April to October. From November to March the big pool rests; the whirlpool can be heated on request (electricity charged at cost).

🏗️ Good to know: a few neighbouring plots are still being finished, so occasional daytime building work nearby is possible. If it ever bothers you, just tell us – we`ll find a solution.
