Sara se preocupó de ponernos al corriente de todo y de que todo estuviera bien
Nos faltó el microondas.

Comfortable. Very good place. Many things needed 2 min walk (supermarket, metro station, bus station, good food and many more). Very very helpful personnel, extremely polite and always next to us for anything we needed.
Level of cleanliness not going absolutely together with all the good things. But not in a level that I would not suggest somebody to stay.

The location was great, just a couple minutes away from the metro, there was Netflix in the TV which was amazing, the bathroom was so nice with good lighting, it was big and there was enough space for all of us. The staff, especially Sara, was very attentive and nice, always available if you had any doubts.
The facilities didn't work too well but you could work around it. The WiFi was sometimes a little slow .
