A localização e a limpeza.

O chuveiro era muito pequeno e a cozinha faltava algumas coisas como uma torradeira, micro-ondas.

Ottima posizione, casa pulitissima, grande, molto confortevole! Host eccellente!

Tutto perfetto

It was very clean and very quiet! Had everything we needed for a great stay!

The location is great, with easy access to the metro. There are some good restaurants nearby, and you can find the arguably best tiramisu in Rome just around the corner!

The apartment looks nice in the photos but has several structural problems that are only visible when you're there. Firstly, the apartment is located in the basement of a building. After the entrance gate, only a glass door protects the apartment – the security gate is always open. The curtain on the glass door doesn't cover the entire area, letting in light. Security and comfort are compromised. The bathroom light turns off after a few seconds due to the motion sensor, which is not activated when we are inside the shower box – resulting in showers in the dark. The shower box also leaks water all over the bathroom due to poor sealing. Family shower time needs to be carefully planned, as the hot water runs out very quickly.
