The room and location were quite good. It is decent cozy hotel with a lot of comfort. The room size was quite big compared to what you get in Mumbai. The neighborhood was also nice and not unlike those broken houses and filthy streets that you find with other hotels.
The breakfast was ok type. It was not even served hot, probably they get it from outside.

the staff were gentle and tried their best to accomodate our requests.
the wifi was super slow, breakfast was basic quality. The rooms had no proper ventilation and my room was located right next to the kitchen and all sorts of food smell and oil smell just kept leaking into the room. The hot water availability was a constant issue and the plumbing lines had not been serviced for a long time so the water colour had turned yellow.
