Location was good
Was not clean. Was the bed made up and sheets clean- yes! But algi/mineral deposit buildup on the bathroom sink spouts, a lot of dust on the blades of the ceiling fan. Definitely wasn’t a thorough cleaning before we got there. Place wasn’t terrible, but I pay attention to detail.

The proximity to Red Hook was perfect. Lots of bars/restaurants and close to the ferry. Made going to St John very convenient.
I didn’t like that there was no direct beach access in front of this unit. However it was a short walk to the other end of the complex to access the beach. I felt the condo was a bit beat- dresser drawer was broken, coffee maker was “crusty” and the paint /coating was peeling off the kitchen cabinets. Could use a refresh.
