Signature Resort Hotel Jinja

The location is perfect. The staff are very professional, honest and friendly. I forgot my power bank and charger and they ably let me know if the same. Their breakfast was 10/10. But I would recommend that we add Ugandan coffee on the menus and not nescafe 🙂‍↔️. Thank you signature resort hotel.

The towels weren’t as lean as well as the bedsheets, they are dirty white. The curtains were wrongly hung in the room, inside out. The light can penetrate the room through the balcony door as you rest.

The food and house keeping was great! The staff were hospitable too. I loved that there was a play area for children too. Above all, I loved the provision of the family apartments. We had a good time bonding as a family.

The delay in serving our dinner on day one of arrival despite having placed the order early enough. However, the Team was apologetic about it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my husband and children. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the children absolutely loved it! It was lovely having a place where the whole family could relax and have fun together. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection to choose from. While it could have offered a little more variety, there was something for everyone, and our family enjoyed starting the day with breakfast together.

Nothing.

Well, I liked the greenery and well kept gardens
