If you are looking for homestay with amenities like equipped kitchen, washing machine, safe property
then this is the place. I was traveling with my wife and 1 year old kid. So this was the perfect place for us.

Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison ; l'ambiance était si agréable et chaleureuse. Les hôtes étaient incroyablement gentils et attentifs, allant au-delà de ce qui était attendu pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

Well decorated, spacious, peaceful and homely feeling. Property owners (especially Mrs. Jeny )are very caring and humble. They are always available for any support. No interference from their side. Its well designed properly with a lot of greenery around the property. There is a kitchen on the floor with some basic things for small cooking. If you travelling with young kids, this property is recommended as lot of space is available for playing.
This property is approx. 1.2 km from varkala cliff. The only disadvantage is the availability of autos as this property is approx. 300 meter away from the main road.

The outside area was green and balcony is nice. The host was responsive and supportive to the extent possible for her.
The property was mediocre, I stayed in Kerela for 10 nights at 4 different locations, sadly this was the worst Airbnb among them. The kitchen is not fully equipped, the iron service is not directly present in the property but advertised as such.
