Good facilities
The upgrade was not worth it as the difference was a triangle small balcony with no outside table standing room only. Not value for money. Small shower slippery tiles.

Bedroom & Bathroom were very good as were reception staff.
A lockable safe in the room is the norm generally these days. Our room didn't have one.
Continual noise of drilling/ vibration throughout the day. - Should not have beenn charged full rate for our stay, Main restaurant & Swimming Pool were not accessible/operational.
Unbelievably No Hotel Manger or Assistant Manager available to speak to for whole period of our stay. Presumably she (or He) were hiding from the many disgruntled hotel guests, or had taken the week off to avoid the noise and/or complaints.

Cost effective overnight hotel close to BNE city with great friendly staff
In need to some TLC especially around pool area and rooms. Bathroom was tired, aged with damaged cabinets and stained toilet seat !
