Zimmer etwas veraltet

Die Lage war perfekt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück war mager, es wurde keine Wurst und Käse aufgefüllt, obwohl ein Mädchen die ganze Zeit hin und hergelaufen ist,

Gute Lage, super freundliches Personal und beim Frühstück war alles Wesentliche ausreichend vorhanden.

Das Hotel und damit auch die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts von vier Nächten nicht einmal gesaugt oder im Bad der Boden gereinigt. Sowas habe ich bislang noch nie irgendwo auf der Welt in einem Hotel erlebt. Schmutz auf dem Boden war deutlich erkennbar.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und man ist auch in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Auf dem Weg - nach ca. 5 Minuten gehen - ist man im Schlossgarten Mirabell. Das Hotel liegt bestens, wenn man mit der Bahn kommt. Der Empfang war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage zum Innenhof - das war sehr ruhig. Die Doppeltüren schützen auch vor Lärm auf dem Gang - wir haben nichts gehört :-). Es ist alles da, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht, sogar die Minibar ist gefüllt - ist ja nicht mehr überall so. Das Personal war supernett. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl - alles bestens.

Near Mirabell and an easy walk to most tourist attractions. Very exceptional staffs! They are very professional and friendly, gave advises which are very helpful during my stay.

Very clean room, a bit on the small side. The staff was so very friendly. They made dinner reservations for us, and on a Friday night during Christmas market time, that isn't always easy. Everything that we had tried was already fully booked. The staff is really the best. Parking was a block away. Easy.

Service and manners of the staff Cleaning

The location is far from the train station , 15- 20 minutes walk. The fridge was 100% fill up with the hotel products to sell, no room for the guest, not cold. The bath and the toilet is so small and no ventilation. No kettle and tea and coffee facilities No free bottle water.

Great stay! Staff was fantastic and very helpful.

I booked a room for four people, and to my surprise we were given two rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a connecting door. This worked perfectly as we were too couples traveling together. It was very comfortable, a tad old fashion, but overall really nice!

Style was just a tad old fashion. However that isn't a big deal at all! It was still comfy

reception area was lovely and the receptionist was fantastic- very courteous and helpful we arrived early to drop off luggage and were able to take it up to our room before official check in. the room was comfortable and super clean. Even had a great view from our window

Great location, both close to the old city center(alstadt) and the main station(hauptbahnhof), all of the staff was so kind, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable

Air ventilation system in the bathroom was not working properly

noise from people walking at the corridor could be better. also the heating at the bathroom needs some improvement during winter time.

The classic style of the hotel, staff was friendly and it's pretty close to everything you wanna see in Salzburg.

Nothing to complain really

Wonderful staff! The man who checked us in even gave us his own umbrella and recommended a great brunch place. If management is reading this - I hope you are showing your appreciation to a member of the staff who is doing an excellent job! The rooms are cozy, like going to an old lux villa. A bit outdated but charming. 24 hour reception is great.

Great location within a confortable walking distance from the main attractions in the city. Room was comfortable as well.

Sound seemed to travel quite easily in the hotel, we could hear other rooms’ taps open and footsteps.
