All the meals were amazing. Better than the meals, was the staff from reception to the cleaning staff with no exception. Quite and nice location. Great experience, a place to always be back.

The overall holiday and service was so nice and friendly, that even if I could spot something less good, I would forget even before I could ever remember.

The breakfast was great but lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The reception staff were great as well as the bar staff. The pool bar was always stocked and quick to get service at.

The restaurant staff were very rude. Telling us we can’t sit in certain places despite others sat there. Reserving 6-8 person tables for the 3 staff using the restaurant but can’t then accommodate for larger groups. They were also very slow at clearing tables so you would have to ask for assistance so you could find a table they would allow you to site at. The food at lunch and dinner was the same everyday and very very poor. I’ve stayed at 3* hotels with FAR superior food selection. The food as ALWAYS cold even when brought out from the kitchen. A lot of the rooms are all relatively close to the poolside and bar and so noise until the early hours made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The hotel is not near any shops/restaurants etc despite it saying it is on the website there is a spar across the road for water etc but no where to go grab a drink outside the hotel.

The food I think was a disgrace for the money we paid. Same thing every day and was unappealing to look at.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff are amazing they will go above and beyond to help you with anything during your stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast, dinner and tea! Always something different to choose from.

The only negative I experienced was their check-in, the late time of 3pm. I understand they have a lot of rooms to attend but after 18hrs of travelling I just wanted to get some sleep.

Modern and clean hotel with good pool area and nice rooms.

It's a bit too far from the action so a taxi is needed to head into town or where the night life is. Taxis seem ro be hard to come across where the hotel is too.
