Wunderschönes und sehr besonderes Hotel!! Wunderschöne Kombination zwischen historischen Elementen und moderner Architektur!! Toller Service!!Sehr nette Mitarbeiter!! Köstliches Frühstück!!

Die Rasenfläche am Außenpool war nicht gepflegt und wirkte nicht einladend. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr dunkel und eher klein.

The hotel is beautiful, location is interesting and unique. The room was very nice and the views were exceptional.

The hotel felt a little lifeless-maybe still a bit new. Some more music and staff checking in as we moved around the hotel would have helped. The staff didn’t show us where to go for breakfast and it wasn’t obvious.

L’emplacement en haut de la citadelle exceptionnel!! Belle chambre grande avec vue sublime. Jolie deco, beau tissu, et architecture étonnante avec les ruines que l’on peut encore voir par endroit

Bon petit déjeuner mais trop d’attente pour être servi en café ou thé. Serait plus judicieux d’acheter une machine pour self service. Il y en a de remarquables et on pourrait se servir directement vu que c’est un buffet

The property is absolutely stunning, in a great location with lots of space, which could be used more effectively, maybe have some music playing, and some service too around the pool area.

It’s far too expensive for what it is and the level of service received. The build of the pool area could have been overlooking Dalt Vila, its hidden and feels like an after thought. It may have been hard due it being historical, but the place was so enclosure and views from the pool and seated areas were non existent. The spa didn’t feel spa like, no reception, nowhere to put towels and could have benefited from a spa ‘smell’ and music. The hospitality was lacking. We sat out every evening for a drink and tapas before we went out to make use of the hotel, but staff were unbelievably slow, you had to request menus, drinks, for food and bills. They rather re arrange napkins on empty tables then serve us, we gave up in the end and ate else where. We also couldn’t get in at night and the staff were not bothered and our room wasn’t ready at check in. It’s a beautiful place, but you can tell it’s new, there isn’t a flow or the right level of hospitality for the price of the hotel. I’m glad I stayed but I would stay again mainly due to the hospitality.
