It was well located for us, has a Carpark underground as well as right outside the flat.
The walls are very thin and they don’t really have the ability to ge rid of steam from the bathroom - but then we’ve found that almost everywhere in Spain so it’s possibly not their fault. The neighbours turned the radio down after a gently knock on the wall!
We probably would have chosen the other side of Estepona if we’d known but that wasn’t a huge thing. We had to buy quite a few things for the kitchen because it wasn’t as well equipped as we would have hoped for but it was fine really.

Close to bus and coach stop, beach, shops and walks. Spacious , back bedrooms were quiet. We needed more beddings as we were cold, the cleaner came with more duvets. Thank you
There was a horrible smell in the en suite and downstairs toilet. Although the cleaner came to clear the drains and maintenance came and cleaned the ubend, the smell persisted.
