Location was precise, right at the centre of Braamfontein, a walking distance from all the ammenities. Staff was friendly, room was clean and bedding was comfy.
They booked uncontrolled and unmonitored school children who had no regard for anyone. At 2 am they were walking around the corridor, kicking and banging on doors. We hardly slept. We paid just to sit and wait for the next morning.

The receptionist that was working the morning shift ? She was so lovely so welcoming and understanding. The staff members ? Exceptional they respect you regardless of who you are and how old you are. They are very clean swell. Besides the fact that the building is in a rather "busy" area it is really a great and safe place. I will definitely book with them if need be next time when in Braam.
The facilities, the shower water was a bit hard to figure out it would turn cold automatically even if you set it to be hot. The AC would also just randomly switch on and off.
The rooms are not really sound proof so if your neighbors are busy you can hear them.

Localização péssima, no meio do barulho e confusão da cidade. Sem serviços de restaurante. Sem serviços de quarto.
