A localização é excelente, da pra ir e vir ao centro histórico e o getsemani a pé, a noite super tranquilo ao redor!! quarto super confortavel,!
o Café da manhã bem fraco, cameras de monitoramento na área da jacuzzi.. acaba com toda a privacidade, o banheiro tinha a janela muito grane e da pra ver tudo do prédio ao lado!!

Incredible location, the walking tour we did was literally steps from our front door. It is also extremely close to the docks for all of the day trips to the islands.
Room was spacious, and very comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Would highly recommend making this your home base while in Cartagena.
Only note is the incredible location means you’re in the heart of the action, so it can be noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

A localização é excelente. Quarto bem confortável e silencioso. Atendimento dos colaboradores sempre muito educado e rápido. Quarto amplo e com cama muito confortável.
Café da manhã muito ruim. Pobre. Sem nenhuma opção de ovo, carne ou proteína animal que não fosse queijo. Reclamamos no primeiro dia e não deram nenhum retorno. Café da manhã sem nenhuma opção de bolo, ovo, carne, omelete, salgados, bacon, biscoito... nada disso... apenas 3 tipos de pão, 3 tipos de queijos, 2 tipos de embutidos, 2 iogurtes, cafe e leite... quem tem intolerância a proteína do leite não consegue se alimentar.
