*A Little About the Home & Neighborhood*
We want guests to know exactly what to expect when they arrive.
This is an updated manufactured home located in an older, established residential neighborhood with a mix of manufactured and traditional homes and long-term residents.
It isn’t a resort community or new subdivision—and that’s part of what makes it a good fit for guests looking for a relaxed, residential place to settle in for a while.
Inside, you’ll find a clean, updated, thoughtfully maintained home with the space, amenities, and comforts you need to make yourself at home.
Bring your suitcase, bring your pup, and settle in. We’d love to host you during your time in the Lake Norman area.

Stayed for 9 days, check in and out was easy, communication with owners was quick, neighborhood could get just a bit noisy at times, but I couldn’t hear any of it when I was inside the house and, honestly, I live in the country and it wasn’t any louder than at home. Would most definitely stay again.
