This apartment has a stand up powerful air conditioning unit in the living room which, under normal circumstances should be able to cool the entire apartment. If it is an exceptionally hot summer, with an extreme heat wave, the apartment will be comfortable but potentially not “cold”. Please note building regulations require that noise is limited after 9 PM- after which air conditioning and washing machine use not allowed until 8AM
