Premier Inn London Farringdon - Smithfield

Great location. Friendly staff.

It's good value and convenient to transit lines. However, the bathroom had a mildew smell upon check in and we requested a room change but none was available. Then we requested a shower liner change and that fixed the problem. So overall they were able to resolve our issue. However, I find the bathroom may need more maintenance and upkeep. Overall the hotel did its job and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The family room was small. But clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

A well stocked, hot English breakfast early every morning was much appreciated here along with the various hot beverage options that were offered. The beds were soft with good pillows. While I wish high speed wireless was a given, we upgraded each day and streaming was not a problem. We felt this was a home to come back to each day after traveling the city and taking bus tours around England. Oh and the air conditioning was strong and MUCH appreciated as there was a bit of a heat wave on when we were there.
