This unit is a beautiful newly renovated 2 bedrooms/2 full baths luxurious condo located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The location is centrally located in the heart of Destin with easy access to grocery stores, shopping and other local attractions.
Master bedroom has a beautiful beachfront view with balcony access. Second bedroom on front of building with balcony access through living room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television with DVD player. Master bath has walk in shower and relaxing garden tub. Dressing area, walk in closet. Very spacious.
Additional bedroom has queen size bed. Flat screen smart television with bathroom access via bedroom or foyer area.
Living room has a pull out sofa bed.
Front load washer and dry, fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats six and countertop seating for two. Keyless entry no hassles with a key!
Sterling Sands is a low rise building that sits directly on the beautiful Emerald Coast beachfront. This is a very nice property with great views. The place was stocked extremely well with dishes and cookware, so much that I had to make room for dry goods/groceries! Plenty of bath towels, extra linen, and pillows. The beds were comfortable. The host had some extras for use at the beach and pool, and provided beach service with two chairs and an umbrella (very much appreciated)! I would have liked to have some high top/tall balcony furniture to look over the balcony glass and railing, but what was provided sat plenty of people and was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely rent again. Very clean. Host is very sweet and quick to respond. Great view! Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. We loved it and had a great time!

Absolutely amazing condo. The most well furnished condo I have ever stayed in. Most places give you the bare minimum on items and there was extra of everything. Was extremely clean. Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

First, I want to say Traci was easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating to me when I tried to change which card I used to book the condo. When we got to the condo, I noticed we were short a bed in the second bedroom. The listing did state there was a sofa/futon sleeper and a queen bed in the second bedroom (this information and picture showing a bunk is now gone but I screenshoted it when I booked). I text Traci to ask about this and she said she had contacted VRBO several times to ask to change that and she’d never had another bed in that room. Now that I’ve gone back and read other reviews, I saw a review mentioning this bed and how much they enjoyed staying with Traci. I initially told Traci we’d make do but I was really hoping not to have to use the sofa sleeper. Now that I have read other reviews and see she’s changed the listing, I realize I was lied to. We would have selected another property if I had known the about the bed issue. The king bed wasn’t comfortable (caved in). The dishwasher was very loud. Right before we left to check out, the smoke alarm went off (I’m glad we hadn’t left yet). The dishwasher was smoking. We stayed to air the unit out and I made sure nothing was in there that shouldn’t have been. Other than the above mentioned issues, no complaints. There was painting going on outside and it was a hassle to get in and out of the unit but that was beyond anyone’s control.
