Welcome to our Gulf Front Condo. The unit is on the 6th floor of Sterling Sands.
Enjoy this condo with its scenic views of the emerald green water and crystalline white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Our deluxe condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have a TVs for your enjoyment and have updated mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The living room has a sofa queen bed with two rocking chairs for relaxation. The kitchen has been remodeled with white quartz counters and has updated appliances with three swivel chairs. The dining table can accommodate a party of 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer discounted long term rentals.
Access to the pool area, common areas and private beach is controlled by the association Each member of your party will have to purchase a wristband for a small fee from Sterling Sands Association. Beach Services are available to purchase between March 1 to October 31. The beach service also offers beach kayak and boogie board rental for a purchase.
Our Condo does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.
Sterling Sands is conveniently located near numerous attractions, dining options and shopping centers. Just a short walk is Merlin's Pizza, Liquor store, The Track(arcade-bumper cars), and Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Shopping areas include Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many opportunities to go fishing, parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset tours and Pirate ship cruise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful condo. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the décor is simple, elegant, and welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked—right down to the seasonings—which made cooking meals during our stay incredibly convenient.The condo was very clean overall, though a deeper cleaning in some of the less visible areas (such as behind end tables and chairs) could be beneficial, as we noticed some dust accumulation there.One of our favorite aspects of this property was the location. Even during Memorial Day weekend, the beach never felt crowded. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and family-friendly—exactly what we were looking for.For future guests, it's helpful to be aware of a few additional costs that are not directly controlled by the condo owner. The HOA requires wristbands for beach access and amenities, which were 15 per person for our stay. Additionally, personal beach umbrellas are not permitted on the beach, so if you'd like shade, you'll need to rent through the beach service. At the time of our visit, umbrella rentals were approximately 35 per day.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us—we look forward to returning in the future!

very well stocked and supplied. Door to the balcony from the master bedroom, which we love. The only disappointment was the beach service was not included, which is not what the listing said when we booked it. But the room was fabulous. Sterling sands really needs to get the evaluators fixed.
