Enjoy coastal trails, Plum Island beaches, Maudslay State Park, organic local produce, and a peaceful rural atmosphere—while still being close to medical facilities, restaurants, and essential services.
Ideal for guests seeking a balance between quiet living and easy access to daily amenities.
Getting Around:
Guests will need to drive by car or bike in order to get to downtown Newburyport or the beaches.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.

The property looks just like the photos, though it feels a bit smaller in person. While cozy, our group experienced a few frustrating issues, starting with the fact that the AC units weren’t turned on before our arrival, leaving the upstairs room extremely hot and slow to cool down by bedtime. Additionally, the previous tenants' trash hadn't been emptied, causing the bins to overflow, and the string lights around the fire pit didn't work, making it too dark to enjoy the outdoor space. There was also no grill brush provided, so you'll need to pack your own. To top it off, we requested a late checkout days in advance, but the hosts failed to respond or communicate until after we had already checked out. We made the best of our stay, but we would not book this Vrbo again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well organized with dishes and pots & pans. The appliances were also very up to date. The check in was a little awkward because the house not easy to pick out but we were able to find it. They would do well to put a more accurate picture of the house on the website. It would be helpful if they would have a book with the information and instructions on the kitchen counter. The portal is nice but not so convenient.
