The kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The living room has comfortable seating with a smart Roku flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi for streaming. We do not have cable. There is also a smart Roku TV in the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs, with a half bath on the first floor. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. Walk out the patio door to a beautifully landscaped patio that is fenced in for privacy. The patio features patio furniture for your comfort and dining outside. Private parking is provided.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
