During busy times there are Blackout Dates for parking, this means we are only allowed to give out 1 pass per condo. This is the HOA policy. Blackout Dates are May 26 - 29, June 11 - July 30, September 1-4, October 14-16.

Seychelles is adjacent to 'Schooners', the Last 'Local' Beachclub/Restaurant in PC Beach - Good food and great music! Resort is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.
PETS: Seychelles is not a pet friendly resort. Additionally the owner of this condo has severe allergies further restricting the allowance of pets. If you have a service animal we would kindly request that you reach out to us to inquire about our many other properties that can accommodate you and your service animal.
If you enjoy cooking, Publix and Winn-Dixie stores are only 1 mile away. A 5-minute short walk on the beach will lead you to St Andrews State Park.

Need top sheets on all beds and extra towels. Not enough for 6 please. Only 5 forks..update kitchen stock.

Love the location and the owner has provided everything that you could need for a relaxing vacation. Enough pots and pans/ dishes to cook in or there is always Schooners next door for a convenient meal. Everything was very self-explanatory and easy to access. Got all codes and wifi password prior to arrival so no need to worry about what might happen when you arrive. Could not ask for a better view! Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Being on the 21st flr the balcony had high winds to where we could not enjoy it. Evening through midmorning sounded like a jet plane in the house and on the deck..railings vibrated so hard. Beach access still closed to hotel, and car was hit in the parking garage. Only code given to us that worked was the condo door. Had to call management to get in the building.
