Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.
Five-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Three upgraded California King masters and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. Two masters share an upgraded jack-and-jill bathroom with granite countertops, travertine floor tile, and a custom-designed shower. The third master shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the common area. The two children's room shares the hallway bathroom.
Spacious upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guests' use. The open-concept main living room and dining area have plenty of seating for your family. The dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional dining at the kitchen bar. Two beautiful French doors lead you to the in-ground pool, jacuzzi, and deck area. There is an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs for soaking in the sun.
The game room is in the garage. It has a full-size billiards table and Ping-Pong. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.
The home has central air and heat. All bedrooms have 47-inch LCD TVs. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. It's a nice short walk to Disneyland. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum cars is 3-4 (depending on size). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102
*All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Super annoying that grown adults couldn’t get in the hot tub after 10:00 pm? Neighbors on both side were in their back yards afterc10 and 1 of the neighbor’s kids were swimming.. The kitchen window above the sink was dirty … can’t even hardly see out of it. Host was responsive and very nelpful. When we pulled up all the trashes were over flowing … onto the ground …. Tons of flies and maggots. I contacted the host … in less thann24 hours it was taken care of. The thermostat wouldn’t let you turn on the air conditioner below 72, which was not very comfortable at night. We could’ve opened windows but there’s people who have allergies. I think definitely that’s something they must reconsider. These are adult people renting houses they should be able to make a choice at least to be able to turn down the air to 70.

Property is fine, rules are ridiculous. I think the house could use a lot of updates for what the asking price is. There are a lot of rules , in which is ridiculous for a couple, family, friends to want to enjoy themselves. One of the rules are there is no music allowed at anytime outside. You can't be outside past 10 pm ( using pool, hot tub, grill) and you can't be outside before 9 am. Which both I feel are ridiculous. A lot of people enjoy waking up early with a morning cup of coffee and would like to go for an early swim or enjoy sitting in the hot tub.. Also they have an alarm on the door to the pool and it goes off every time you open the door. This was not stated in their advertisement for renting so when you get there and go to open the door to go to the pool the alarm will go off. It was very stressful. And coming inside the button to turn off the alarm on the outside of the door didn't work so the alarm would go off even longer.
