Everything was wonderful

It’s a clean and friendly environment. Great location close to local food and ocean front with an amazing view.

My wife and I have stayed in 406 three times through the years. Our first trip was 15 years ago and unfortunately; I think that was the last update the unit has had. The floor was sandy; the kitchen is not equipped well anymore. The glass table on the balcony that we love, needs to be replaced. My mother taught us not to rest our elbows on the table but if you do that on the balcony, you will get flakes of black paint on your arms. And the toilets don't flush properly. However, the view from the 4th floor is wonderful! The Inn is a bargain for a beach trip, the staff at the Inn are friendly and efficient. Despite the issues, we will be back to the Inn in July, but we will be in a different unit, and we will have pleasant memories of #406 unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except no TV in the bedroom at all and none in the living area for a couple days and upon asking about it, was told I would just have to deal with it. It’s not the guests place to “deal with it”, it’s managements place. I couldn’t even get the local news to see what the weather was going to be for the day which interfered with any plan making.
