It is in a residential building with quiet hours from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00, so please keep noise down on the balcony and in the stairwell. Smoking is not allowed inside; it is allowed on the balcony only. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law. Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
