It doesn’t get any better than this…located in the historic Behrens building, this loft condo is a short walk from Magnolia Market, Spice Village, and downtown Waco and a mile from Baylor’s campus and the Brazos River. After a fun day sampling all that Waco offers, return to your own oasis where king-sized beds, designer sheets and towels, and spacious accommodations await. Either cook at home in the well-appointed kitchen, dining at a table for eight made from the bottom of a boxcar or walk to one of the many surrounding restaurants.
Although brick walls are in the place of shiplap, a famous couples’ company designed the finish out of this newly renovated condominium. This spot is perfect for girls’ weekends, couples in for a game, or families visiting their Baylor Bear. An amazing and beautiful loft experience. Very efficient owner, replied back immediately to questions. Clean and all the immentities you would need. We walked pretty much everywhere from location. Would definitely get this place again!!

Perfect for our family while visiting our Baylor kids! Very clean, everything we needed in kitchen, lots of towels, great beds and soft sheets, wonderful communication, safe parking, close to great coffee shop and restaurants. We will be back!
