Catch some sun and Atlantic breezes on the deck with ocean views, or cross the street for direct beach access. Two bedrooms with 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds, 1.5 bath with open plan from Kitchen to Living Room. Enjoy your privacy, or rent with friends and open the door between units. Amenities include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging on site (FREE), washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, ceiling fans, central heat/air, 3 Flat Panel TV, cable, and wireless internet, outdoor shower and partially covered deck. Nice space. Love the easy access to the beach and is so close to the beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice out door shower. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly. Nice kitchen.

We loved our stay at this beach house! Everything was spotless and clean and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed. It was so conveniently close to the beach. We loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the front porch. We also enjoyed our morning coffee out there everyday. It was a few steps to get to the short boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The outdoor shower was nice and big and perfect for showering all the sand off before going inside. My sister’s family booked the other side of the house and it worked out really well being together but also having our own seperate spaces too. The inside door connecting both sides of the house could be opened or shut and locked. It was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and we loved the area. We found yummy seafood and yummy ice cream close by. The grocery store was also close by. We took a break day from the beach and enjoyed the aquarium, go carts, and arcade nearby. The pier was also fun to walk on! The only inconvience about our stay was that the lawn sprinklers came on way too much, spraying the stairway and our car. Not a big deal but just wanted to mention it. We would have also loved to have an outdoor table big enough for breakfast or card games at night. I would definietly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, close beach access in a great area!

Location is outstanding. Literally less than 100 yards from beach. We loved its beach house feel and easy means to wash up outside to keep the sand out of the main house. Inside was very modern, with an open living room/kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy cozy. We especially liked the half bath attached to main bedroom. Welcome information by owner was very helpful as this was our first home rental experience as well as first time in the area. Check in and check out was a breeze.
