It was the perfect place for what we needed. We needed a landing station close to the beach that was safe for kids and that is exactly what we got!

Other than parking, everything was fine

Great location for access to the beach and restaurants. While the listing photos are pretty accurate, there were some differences between the furniture and appearance. What others have said about parking is true. It is a tight spot for any car when the other spots are used by guests of other units, and certainly won't work for larger suv/vehicles. Permit street parking is possible (and that is what we did), but it is an additional cost from the city and most of the surrounding streets are metered parking, meaning the permit street parking in front of the house is one of the few spots nearby to do that kind of parking and it rarely has spaces open. The A/C units are also very loud, so not for light sleepers.
