We stayed here to go to a concert at the Loft and have our family Christmas since we were all together. The space was exactly what we were looking for. It accommodated our family and was close enough to where we needed to go. The area was maybe sketchy if you have never stayed downtown, but we found it to feel pretty safe. I read about people hearing sirens but it wasn't any different than any other places I stayed. Very comfortable and clean.

Stayed for two nights for a concert. It’s a great location in terms with proximity downtown and being able to get to Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves, and Gopher games. The house is very nice and well-maintained, with individual locks on bedrooms should you need it. The parking is directly off the main street and there was no issue. The proximity to downtown places you in a neighbourhood that not everyone would be comfortable staying in. There are a number of people that hang around on the sidewalks a block or two away, but they never were an issue to my family. If I was staying for a long period of time with a young family I might reconsider the location.

We were able to fit our whole party here, lots of beds.

This property had everything myself and a small group of adults needed for a short stay in Minneapolis. The rooms were warm, we had ample towels and washcloths, locks worked as expected, and everything was clean and tidy. I would absolutely stay here again!
