1Bed/1bath vacation condo with full kitchen, the unit is newly renovated. It is centrally located is South Kihei, a cozy beach town in sunny South Maui.
Quiet end unit away from traffic with lots of privacy. It's fully equipped with cooking, cleaning and fun beach suppliers(Beach umbrella, chairs,towels,boogie boards...) It is right across street from South Maui's best smooth white sandy beaches: Charlie Young beach and Kamaole Beach I). You can walk to beaches, park(Kalama Beach park), grocery (Foodland), great shops as well as popular local restaurants/bars within minutes.
The complex has a cozy Hawaiian village feel with a beautiful pool area and gas BBQ grills. Plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing or just reading in a lazy afternoon.
3-5 mins walk to Charlie Young beach and Kamaole beach (These two beaches connect together, popular for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling,paddle boarding)
3 mins walk to Kalama Beach park where Maui Whale Festival is held every year. Good for walking, jogging, surf/boogie boarding lessons or just relaxing on grass.
5 -7 mins walk to popular restaurants and ABC store.
3 mins walk to Cove park(surfing,paddling boarding, jogging) and Foodland(grocery store,open 24 hours).
7-8 mins drive to Shops at Wailea and world class golf course.

Lovely weather everyday, condo very close to the ocean, enjoyed sitting on the deck everyday enjoying the sunshine. Very comfortable accommodations. We used the swimming pool and barbeque for supper almost everyday. It truly was a holiday in paradise! We also swam in the ocean everyday. Travellled around to other interesting sites.

Joann was really easy to reach by text or Vrbo message and the property met our needs for being close to the beach and having beach chairs umbrellas, a boogie board and snorkel masks- we rented fins and another board from Snorkel Bob’s down the street. Would stay here again!

Walking distance to South Maui Gardens which next to some good restaurants.

Had a great stay at the property! Clean and simple, stocked kitchen. 2 minutes walk to a beach where we enjoyed watching sunset after a day of exploring the island. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Hope to return soon.
