***Please Note: Building wide concrete protection and common-area improvement project is scheduled October – December of 2026. Work is expected to begin on or around October 8, 2026, and the overall project is anticipated to take approximately 8–10 weeks, subject to site and environmental conditions. Work areas include residential corridors throughout North Tower, lower-level lobby and vending area, lower-level stairwell, cart room and other designated corridor areas. What Renters Should Expect: Normal working hours will be approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Noise from carpet removal, concrete grinding, and surface preparation. Some dust and temporary construction activity in the work areas. Noticeable odors while the coating system is being applied and curing. Barricades and temporary restrictions around active or newly coated areas. Temporary changes to normal access while work is directly outside a unit. The system is designed to return to pedestrian traffic within a matter of hours, but the actual reopening time will depend on site and environmental conditions. Please do not enter a restricted area it has reopened. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December 2026, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ***

This unit in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort can accommodate a total of 6 guests with 1 king, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. The unit features a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi & cable TV in the living room & master bedroom.
In October 2023 this unit got all new flooring, both bathrooms were completely remodeled, new bed spreads for all 3 beds & new dining room furniture. Updated kitchen cabinets, countertops and backsplash were completed in April 2024!!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were roomy, and the entire place was sparkling clean. The view of the inlet and ocean were gorgeous as well. This is our third time staying at Ocean Creek and this is our favorite unit. We plan to stay here again next year.

We had a great time staying at your Ocean Creek Tower North condo. It’s a great location and we had a lot of fun. The condo has everything you need and it’s right across the road from Barefoot Landing. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for the week.

For the money I spent, the location was very good. The condo does need some maintenance, however.
First let me relay a couple of good experiences:
1) The large non-stick frying pan that was in the kitchen was terribly warped and much of the teflon scraped away. NorthBeach Realty supplied a brand-new frying pan in the box with no argumemt.
2) There were several issues with the cabinents/hardware in the condo: Management called in a handyman and most were fixed (not all) the next day.
a) Utility closet (where the brooms and vacuum were kept) had no handle. Not fixed.
b) Almost all of the outlets were worn/loose and need to be replaced. Some did not work at all.
c) At least one of the bedside lamps did not work at all. Tried different bulb and diff outlet, no difference.
d) The so-called "free activities" were just discounts available elsewhere like in local coupon books. Was not impressed by the conditions required to actually get that "free" stuff. Either make it a bit more special or exclusive to the renters or don't bother.
e) The place wasn't stocked super well. For the amount I paid, thirty or forty dollars to cover a pack of scrub sponges, sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid won't break the bank and would be well-received. Otherwise it's just more stuff we have to buy.
Great location. GREAT location. NOT beachfront, but close enough, and has a decent view.
