Whether you’re cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, gathering with friends and family in the spacious living areas, or lounging on one of the expansive outdoor decks, you’ll be able to take in the beauty of the coast from every angle. The backside decks provide a first-row view to the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy amazing sunsets and wildlife watching with the occasional sailboat or yacht cruising in the distance.
When you’re ready to hit the beach, direct access to the beach is available via the private path across from the home. Spend time lounging at the beach, building sandcastles with the kids, or taking long walks along the shore. For your convenience, an outdoor shower is available for getting all the sand off. And when you’re ready for a break, enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower and relax in the private heated pool or hot tub.
Note: Pool heating is available for a non-refundable $300 fee during mid-to-late March through June 1 and September 1 through November 1 (weather and temperature permitting). Please provide 3–4 days’ notice prior to arrival for pool heating.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

This was our fourth year renting a beach house in Topsail. The beach house was a nice size and the proximity to the beach was great. The beach was not crowded at all. Very enjoyable. It accommodated our family well other than the fact that the two king bedrooms shared a jack and Jill type bathroom. Would be better for families if the shared bathroom was between a king (for the parents) and a kid friendly room (like the bunks or doubles). Then the other king could be used for two adults.Also the kitchen was nice but needs a larger refrigerator or a second refrigerator to accommodate large groups like ours. We do not eat out at all while there (too expensive and difficult with young children) so we spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing and cooking meals. There was no working ice machine that we could find and I had read that from previous reviews - so I did take my own countertop ice machine. There is all the beach gear and pool floats you need for a large groups. There are also paddle boards and a kayak available (wish I had realized that before renting a kayak for the week). The communication with the host was excellent — always got back to me promptly.

The house was very nice the only problem all week was the WiFi in the sound side rooms which did not allow the TVs to work but overall it was a great week and we really enjoyed our stay sorry to see they are building across the street it will really effect the views when they are completed

Communication beforehand was wonderful, and the description of the property was excellent. The only reason I did not rate five stars was due to an issue with the refrigerator immediately upon arrival, not in working order. I had to notify the property management team. I spoke with Will at Seascape, he was very nice and got to the bottom of the issue, there apparently was a disconnect between the homeowner and property management. They offered me a discount for my stay. It was a beautiful home, pool and convenient walk over to the beach and my family did enjoy their stay (even after enduring the chaos).

We enjoyed this property for the most part. There were some great additions that we hadn’t seen before in other rentals such as the welcome package with all the snacks! We also appreciated the beach towels! They were large, clean and soft. The storage area under the stairs with all of the beach chairs, cornhole game and umbrellas was also an appreciated perk!
A couple items of constructive feedback - the refrigerator space was too small. We had 12 people staying in the home with many groceries and drinks.. we had to buy a cooler to keep things cold as well as buy ice everyday because there wasn’t an icemaker. The kitchen didn’t have a pantry or vacant cabinets to store our food for the week. Lots had to sit on the counter all week. The pool wasn’t cleaned at all during the week so there was a lot of sand in the bottom. Other than these few things we liked the house!
