Pool Information:
The pool is available for guest use and is shared between 5 houses this year (and may be shared with up to 8 houses in summer). It is open from Memorial Day through October and is not heated.
Community Pool: Please note that the community pool is closed seasonally from October 1 through April 1 and will be unavailable during this time.
Outdoor Grill and Firepit:
We are unable to provide propane refills. If the tank runs empty, you can get refills at any nearby gas station or convenience store. Just send us a photo of the receipt and we'll happily reimburse you!
BEACH ACCESS
The new beach crossover directly across from the property has been completed and is now open, providing convenient public access to the beach. There is a sign at the crossover indicating that it is public beach access.
⚠️ Please use only the designated public beach access. All other beach crossovers in the area are private property and are not available for public use.
RENTAL TERMS
Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.
☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆
Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.

The home is beautiful. So much space. There were 16 of us and we never felt crammed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need.Outside was a cute little play area for the little kids.

Very clean place with lots of bedrooms, a great living room area, and even an elevator! Excellent property, but much of the communication was replied to with AI messages, which was very fast and responsive and mostly helpful, but mislead my group into thinking that shampoo and other toiletries would be provided. The AI kept telling us that they would be contacting the team and getting toiletries to us, which never happened, so I assume it was just telling us whatever it thought would make us happy while having no actual power over the situation.TL;DR, take the AI replies with a grain of salt, just bring your own toiletries, and you'll have a great time here.

We stayed at this beautiful beach house to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. There were nine of us, and the house had so much space—everyone was comfortable, never felt crowded, and had room to relax and enjoy themselves.The décor was absolutely lovely—cozy, tasteful, and welcoming. A detail that meant so much to us was the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. My daughter has a Christmas birthday, which can sometimes get overshadowed, and seeing that tree truly made her feel celebrated and special. It was such a thoughtful touch.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—everything we needed to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together. The beds were very comfortable, the house itself was warm and inviting, and the views were simply spectacular. We spent time soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the scenery, laughing, and making memories—it was the perfect girls’ weekend.Our host was outstanding: extremely responsive, great communication, and genuinely made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. The entire stay was seamless and stress-free.This home helped create unforgettable memories for a milestone birthday, and we are so grateful for the experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed beach house—whether for a celebration or just a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hosts are very welcoming and responsive.
The house is brand new and very clean.
We did not have any issues with anything.
