Welcome to Makani Moana Loft! Nestled in the Kuilima East Estates community, this spacious and uniquely designed loft offers 1 bedroom (loft style), 2 full bathrooms, and 851 square feet of inviting space. Makani Moana, which means "Ocean Breeze" in Hawaiian, perfectly captures the essence of this special property. Designed to accommodate up to two guests, the loft features vaulted ceilings and collapsible sliding doors for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and a washer/dryer is provided for your laundry needs. Ceiling fans are installed in all living areas, and the new split air conditioning units will keep you cool after a day at the beach.
As a guest, you have access to the gated Kuilima East Estates complex, which includes a community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

Great location! Clean & welcoming! Only slightly bummed the cool swing chair pictured on the patio was not present as it was a factor in our booking but we had a lovely stay would definitely be back!

The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Just a short walk to the beach or 15 minute drive to Haliewa for shopping and dinning.

Terrific location in quiet community, easy walk to Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay beaches and resort. North shore is one of our favorite places to visit and getting around from the condo is very convenient. Condo well equipped and clean. Air conditioning worked well and management was quickly responsive to an issue re door lock. Spent every evening at Ritz Sunset pool bar watching surfers until sun was gone. Our only issue was the spiral stairs to the bedroom loft, which was very clearly shown in pics. It was much narrower, with smaler steps, than we imagined so we unpacked our suitcase downstairs and carried things up in batches. We’re in early 60s in excellent health, but my husbands knees are shot after 3 decades in the military, so the steep stairs were hard in him. Again, the listing is accurate, the stairs were OUR choice, I only mention to warn that this unit may be best for those without concerns for the stairs. Overall, nice place.
