Everything was amazing! The host replied, timely, to all my inquiries - even when we requested a late check-out the day before our departure. The house couldn't have been more perfect for our family. So much room and the bottom level with the pool table and arcade game was a hit!

Overall we were very happy with this house, but we didn't like the lack of good window coverings throughout. It was too light in most bedrooms when trying to sleep at night.

The property was beautiful and every bedroom was immaculate and very comfortable. The layout of the home met our needs 100%. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and the younger kids loved the pool table. The location to the beach was excellent, and even though we had riptide warnings the whole week, we still enjoyed the pier, several good walks and sunrise coffee on the kitchen floor balcony! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a home to accommodate a large group.

This property is a Ferrari with a Voltswagon engine. Has the proper structure but in need of some TLC. Carpets were very dirty and bathrooms are out of date. Beds were just ok but on the less comfortable end. The layout of the property was great for a large group and the kitchen area was nice. Due to out dated built ins the tv was pretty small for a rental of this caliber. Maintenance was called many times while we were there for fans in the basement because it wouldn’t cool down at night, locks that didn’t lock, no lights in the fridge, sinks and faucets that don’t work or don’t drain. It looks like something’s like pool furniture and some decking has begun to get upgraded but there is a lot left to be done. I would recommend the homeowner invest some money in this place to get it up to the caliber it could be. Great location. Pool and hot tub area was great and the many balconies and decks allowed for a lot of places to hang out. Nags head in general was a great old school beach town. Not very commercialized but everything you need for a relaxing trip.
