The Property

Harbour View offers a comfortable and welcoming space, with large windows filling the open-plan kitchen and living area with natural light.

The apartment is situated within a modern residential building overlooking Whitehaven's historic harbour, with convenient lift access and private parking beneath the building.

Bedroom

The comfortable bedroom features a double bed and storage for clothes and personal belongings.

Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for your stay.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, giving you the choice of a refreshing morning shower or a relaxing soak after a day exploring.

Living and Dining

The bright open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy views towards Whitehaven's historic harbour.

Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or simply watch the activity around the waterfront.

Wi-Fi is provided, and guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming accounts.

Juliet Balcony and Harbour Views

One of Harbour View's lovely features is its Juliet balcony, allowing you to open the doors and enjoy fresh air while taking in the atmosphere of the harbour.

The apartment's large windows provide plenty of natural light and views towards Whitehaven's historic waterfront.

Please note that the Juliet balcony is not a walk-out balcony and does not have outdoor seating.

The building has a communal entrance and lift, providing convenient access to the apartment.

The Juliet balcony allows fresh air into the living area but does not provide a walk-out platform or outdoor seating.

Harbour View benefits from one allocated private parking space beneath the apartment building, included free of charge with your stay.

Having a dedicated parking space is especially convenient for guests arriving by car and exploring the Cumbrian coast and Lake District.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
