The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

The condo was absolutely beautiful.The communication with the host was above and beyond .I needed to change our dates last minute and he was so accommodating.We had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again .Thank you to the hosts for sharing their beautiful home with us and their awesome communication and quick responses to any questions .These hosts are A plus .Thank you for a great trip .So thankful .Got to spend my 62nd birthday here and hope to spend more .Thank you so much for the perfect vacation .The pool was so awesome too .Everything was awesome .Thank you .Melissa and Eric Rineard and family

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Beautiful beach view. Never had to fight for space at the pool as most often we were the only ones there. The twin 6 year olds had a blast in the pool. Our Host was very informative with any questions that we had and always quick with any response. We will gladly stay again if we make a trip back to Daytona in the future.

This was a great place to stay in Daytona beach. It accommodated all of our needs and the host was very helpful with everything. Steps to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!!
