Newly Renovated Upscale Oceanfront Condominium - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps2-8) - Escape To The Coast - Where The Land Ends, Your Vacation Begins...Treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation. This true all oceanfront property offers absolute privacy in a building that is key/code entry only, private underground parking and a beautiful oceanfront pool. See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony, complete with outdoor seating. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 5th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Owner Suite-The oceanfront owner suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the king-size bed. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW. One reserved garage parking space.

PLEASE NOTE: This Horizons building will be undergoing extensive concrete restoration through 2026. Please be aware there will likely be construction noise from the south side of building,(between 8 am and 4 pm weekdays).
Any direct construction has been completed on this unit on the north side of the building.

This is our second time of renting from this host. The property is fantastic, exactly like described plus always little extras that make your stay amazing. Like pool toys, beach boards, wagons and a very nice coffee bar. This property Never disappoints it is conveniently located to the pier shopping and food access to the beach Is easy and the pool is always maintained. We will be back next year!

Overall, it was a comfortable stay with standard amenities. The kitchen was convenient, and the fridge was very clean.The laundry is outside the unit and requires payment using an app or laundry card. A few laundry pods were provided but no fabric softener sheets. Five small beach towels were provided in the linen closet, but no other beach amenities were found. At about 8 AM on the weekdays, construction started on the floor above, and it sounded like a lot of drilling and cutting. I know that it was mentioned that renovations were in progress.The shared bathroom toilet had a ring of black mold around the water level line, and we could not find any toilet cleaning brushes in the apartment. We also could not find windex so the glass dining table was cleaned with a damp paper towel and touch of dish detergent. There was a dead cockroach in the living room.
