We stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday with kids and granddaughters. A great location and beautiful view! The quibbles, the bedrooms need drapes or shades, the light comes in way too early for families who want to sleep in. Also, TV advertised as Netflix, but it didn’t work. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

I initially considered a lower rating due to a choppy check in experience but this property location, comfort and amenities won us over.
What you should know if considering this location is there is not a driveway. Unpacking takes a bit longer moving gear from carport to the home. One settled in we found all sorts of extras not mentioned when booking. There is a pack and play, laundry hampers and family games. We loved the convenient charging station and back patio with a view of the course frequented by Deer and Elk.
The WiFi was good and there are TVs in every room. The movie room on the top level is a very fun use of the space. There is not a basic cable package, so you have to get creative to watch sports etc. The ice machine was not working, and the heater made a fog horn sound every few hours.
Suncadia staff and service are consistently on point. Overall a very lovely location and we would recommend it to families and adult guests.

This was an excellent house with plenty of room for us and our kids. There is a perfect sledding hill out back, which the kids were in everyday, and it was close to all the trails for skiing and hiking.
Definitely would recommend for a family trip.
